LoanNEX maintains the highest standards of confidentiality and respects the privacy of our clients’ employees and customer relationships. In that regard, and except as provided for in other Agreements where both you and LoanNEX are parties to the Agreement, the following are our policies and practices as it relates to your data including website submitted data and registered user data (collectively “Client Data”).

We may also collect information about your or your client’s transactions with us or others relating to the services and products we provide. This information can include your IP address, browser type, domain name, access times, and referring web site addresses. This information is used by us for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of our web site.

We provide a number of ways for you to explore options for mortgages and you can engage a number of resources, without providing us your identity. You will not be required to provide any personally identifiable information to use these features. However, depending of the services you or your company selects to receive from LoanNEX, when you sign into the LoanNEX Site, you may be required to supply identifying and supporting information relating to your client’s application. By signing in, you can save information for later review and update. When you register on the LoanNEX Site, you will create a password and provide us an Email address, and these will be your credentials to access the LoanNEX Site and services. Your credentials will provide you access to your information. We may use your contact information to provide you with alerts, information, and updates, which is part of the LoanNEX service.
We may share non-personal information we collect, without restriction. For example, we may share it with third parties to develop and deliver targeted advertising on the Website and on websites of third parties, and to analyze and report on advertising you see. We may combine non-personal information we collect with additional non-personal information collected from other sources. We also may share aggregated, non-personal information with third parties, including advisors, advertisers and investors, for the purpose of conducting general business analysis.
